    Greetings from unreasonably warm Georgia !

    Just a quick note.  The issue of road effects on streams had come up a
few weeks back.  Several recent papers on the ecological effects of roads in
the landscape have been published in Conservation Biology - Volume 14 (1).
If you anyone is still interested.

    I apologize if these papers were already mentioned in a previous
