FANS makes an effort to keep its Constitution and By-laws up
to date. To keep our members informed, here we present the current Constitution
and By-Laws, as well as past versions of the document for reference purposes.
Proposed changes to these documents, particularly the Constitution, will be
added as the situation warrants. All documents are in Portable Document Format
(.pdf).
Prior to 2003, "Constitution" and "By-Laws" were
essentially contained in one document:

In 2003 significant changes were made to better facilitate administration of
the association, in particular the constitution and by-laws were divided into
two documents:

The Constitution and By-laws were reviewed by the board in January, 2009. Updates will be forthcoming from that review, to be ratified at the next AGM
