Faroese Flower Shawl

Faroese Flower Shawl, designed with the fitted shoulders and traditional drape of Faroese shawls, incorporating lace flower patterning and a special petal edging. A graceful, shoulder-hugging lace shawl knit in one piece from the neck down. It features floral lace stitches and is trimmed at the bottom with a special petal edging. The bound-off lower edge may incorporate beads to add sparkle and movement. Excellent attire for an EVENT or for an evening of cribbage.

Size: Adult, may be adjusted by choice of yarn/needle combination.
Yarn:Fingering-weight, light-weight DK/sport, or fine mohair blends. Allow 1050m / 1000yds.
Techniques: Lace patterns, Faroese shawl construction, optional edge beading.
Kit: Shelridge Ultra fingering-weight merino wool, 6 skeins natural white (other colors available upon request).
