These sound neat. Not totally necessary, but would be nice.

Now, this is really nice. The is one of my biggest peeves with
majordomo. It doesn't really handle a mailing list, it's just a way
of automating management of ":include:" lists.

This is good, majordomo has none.
} o Multiple list owners and moderators are possible.
Sounds like this is going to be a real mailing list manager.
} o Nice about which machine you subscribed from if you're from the
} right domain.
This would be really nice.
One of the things I don't like about majordomo is that it is a
huge bloated PERL script that has had many problems. I don't think
PERL is suitable for large system daemons. I noted that MailMan is a
Python script. I wonder if it is going to suffer from many of the
same problems that majordomo has/had. It would also mean adding a
Python interpreter to CSuite.
