Hi all
Mark and I have been discussing the creation and maintenance of a "Help Wanted"
page on the web site. For an example see

The information on the test page is a bit outdated but represents a range of
possibilities.
This note is to solicit comments and suggestions, and to seek out a volunteer
to maintain the index and links.
