Just like 'colours', some may have concerns about various aspects of the home 
page.  This is the forum to bring them out for discussion.

If you perform an objective analysis of the home page, you will discover that 
there are already 4 'news' links. (1.News  2.News, events & hot topics  3.     
Beacon   4. Did you know ). 'Recent changes' would be a 5th (e.g. what's new).  
Maybe there should only be 1 'news' link to a second layer page.
