When you out weigh the fact that this add takes up space and
causes users to scrool vs. it saying that "Banner Add's Atract Attention",
it doesn't say "Call Chebucto To get your Banner Ad placed here", It
doesn't even really say that Chebucto does banner adds or how to get you
add placed online. If we had something that brought out chebucto more we
should put it there. The IP commettiee was Ok with the idea of that Banner
being taken down untill we can find something more suitable. If you ask me
if i was Mr J. Smith at Acme Co., when i see this banner it doesn't tell
me that i can get my banner posted there. If it was mixed with other
banners it might make a bit of sense afer it refreshed a few times and i
saw different ones.
