Hi Mike,

    Originally, userhelp was for the text service and ppp-help was for the 
graphic service but ppp-help now just goes to userhelp as well, so it doesn't 
matter which one you use.

    What size attachment are you trying to send?  I've sent attachments as large 
as 15 mb without problems.  Can you send us one of the error messages that you 
get back, as it could be coming from the destination server and not ours?

    The dead.letter message means your email has been saved as a text file in 
your files directory with the name 'dead.letter'.  Check there for it.  I've 
copied Postmaster on this reply in case they're aware of this problem.
