I have just seen the full text of the Rambouillet agreement. It
all sounds very nicey-nice, concerned for self-determination, democracy
and human rights for all people in Kosovo. Then there is Appendix B, which
grants NATO godlike rights in ALL of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
It demands nothing less than unconditional surrender! Appendix B should be
known to everyone who thinks they support NATO.
