Colleagues- 1. The shorter version of my letter as well as that from Rae Street at http://www.guardian.co.uk/letters/story/0,3604,331331,00.html formed the background to the Guardian's editorial on Kosovo today. The paper is perhaps having second thoughts after its relatively uncritical 'humanitarian' support for NATO action last year. 2.
