To whom it may concern;
I am a student at St. Francis Xavier University
presently studying Biology and Aquatic Resources. I am
currently working on a research project covering the
economic occurrences of the Boat Harbour treatment facility
for the years 1990-93. I have experienced difficulty in
finding information on this topic, such as the amount of
money put into upgrading Boat Harbour by both the Government
and Scott paper, or any other agreements and monetary
transactions that took place during this time period. Any
info. or direction that can be provided would be greatly
