Hi everyone,

Roger Langrick will be speaking at 2:00 pm on Sunday June 14th at the Bike Shop Cafe, 2099 Gottingen Street in Halifax. Roger is the first licenced acupuncturist to set-up practice in North America. One of his life time passion/hobby has been to study and understand our economic and monetary systems as they developed over the last few centuries. As well, Roger has been an environmentalist since the early days of this movement. His unique approach to viewing environmental concerns and their interdependencies with global monetary systems offers a fresh and hopeful solution.

Over the last few years Roger has been working on developing the Fireweed Project, an initiative that is aimed at linking environmental concerns to economic policies and monetary systems. With a better understanding of how the monetary systems works it is possible to start developing strategies aimed at a developing a more sustainable community.

Come Sunday June 14th at 2:00 in the afternoon. The Bike Shop Cafe is located almost right across from the now closed Wormwood Cinema. Look carefully, it is down-stairs, 2099 Gottingen.

See you there for great discussion
