Does anyone know if there is any policy in NS that deals with electricity produced by the individual homeowner by windpower or photovoltaics? I have read that Ontario has something set up. Some systems I have read about would have the electrical utility pay the homeowner at only half the rate that the utility charges and others at the same rate that the utility charges. Greg
