Hello, On Mondayn November 8th, The Friends of Hemlock Ravine will be holding a public info meeting. The topics will include the recent clear-cut abutting the park and other issues affecting the park's preservation. The meeting will be held in the library of Grosvenor-Wentworth Park School at 7 o'clock. We hope to have some city officials in attendance. As well, someone from the Nature Conservancy of Canada will be there to talk about sustaining an old growth forest in an urban area. Please bring your questions and concern. All are welcome!
