Index of Subjects Sounds wonderful! Will force people of sheer nessessity to use bicyles, trains, transit, "hybrid" vehicles getting 70 mpg, solar heating, wind power, and even "foot power" (ie, <GASP> walking!!) a lot more - which is just what the Doctor ordered!!
