The Ecology Action Centre is hiring a Membership Coordinator for 12 weeks. The position starts during the third week of May. Salary is $7.00 an hour for 40 hours a week. Job Requirements: The candidate has good writing, organizational and telephone skills. Knowledge of computer programs(Filemaker Pro and Word) and of telemarketing techniques useful. Summary: Responsible for recruiting new members, retaining existing members, and developing a membership campaign for September 2000. Overall Administration: * Prepares reports on membership levels for distribution to the committee and board * Prepares summaries of surveys of new and renewing members.
