Don't forget ... be at Halifax City Hall (Council Chambers) today, Tuesday 23 May, starting at 6:00pm for pesticide bylaw public hearings. Your voice is important. Come and say what you want City Council to do. Many councillors favour a ban, but they need your support to follow through with it. If you are too shy to speak, your presence is important to support those who are speaking. We can be sure that the "bad guys" will be there. Let's not let them get their way.
