ATLANTIC INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP:

Please read the information on ACOAA site.  It think with this money a view
of development should include the health , environment and social sectors so
perhaps choices like a wind industry will rise to the top which would create
money, lower emissions, better air for breathing, more economic security,
etc.
