He has also written many award winning articles including: "Black Oil, Red Ink" and "Beyond the Clear-Cut." Mr. Rubenstein is also a Principal at the Office of the Auditor General and the Commissioner of the Branch on Sustainable Development and the Environment. He has extensive public and private sector experience. A Douglas C.
