NOTICE: Due to poor weather conditions and high winds forecasted for June 3 the McNabs and Lawlor Beach Cleanup has been RESCHEDULED to SUNDAY JUNE 10. Hope to see many of you then! Cathy McCarthy Friends of McNabs Island ************************* Sunday June10 McNabs and Lawlor Islands Beach Sweep McNabs Island, Halifax County 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Close out Environment Week by joining the Friends of McNabs Island Society in a beach cleanup of McNabs and nearby Lawlor Island. Wear sturdy footwear, bring your own work gloves, a lunch and drinking water. Transportation is FREE for all volunteers. Boat capacity is limited to 147 persons.
