The Urban Farm Museum Society has a summer job opening for a Recipe Researcher to: - interview seniors and others for information on cookbooks and recipes they have from the past - identify recipes that fit the theme of "local, seasonal eating" - develop a draft cookbook of collected recipes for a "local, seasonal eating" heritage cookbook - design a poster for local, seasonal eating - take photographs of local foods in season Pay: $6.25/hour for 35 hours/week for 10 weeks Requirements and Skills: - must be a full-time student returning to post-secondary education in the autumn - skilled in research, interviewing, and cooking - able to work with minimal supervision - useful to have design and photography skills - familiarity with Spryfield an asset.
