    Youth Action 2001 is open to young Maritimers ages 15 - 25 years.
                    Registration is $25 and includes
 accomodations and all-organic meals.  Travel subsidies are available on
                 request.  See registration form below.

Youth Action 2001 is organized by the PEI Eco-Net, a not-for-profit,
non-advocacy network of environmental groups on PEI.

Accommodations will be outdoor camping (Come Prepared!) or bunks (First
come, First serve).  Participants are
responsible for providing camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, etc).  All
meals are included in the cost of

WAIVER
The PEI Eco-Net will not be held responsible for any loss, damage,
injury or expense during the course of Youth Action:
Your Ecological Footprint. I hereby agree to waive any and all claims
that I have or may have in the future against the PEI
Eco-Net, and to release its board of directors, employees and
representatives, and any individuals connected with Youth
Action: Your Ecological Footprint and the Planning Committee, from any
and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or
expense that I may suffer as a result of voluntarily participating in
Youth Action: Your Ecological Footprint and its
conference activities. This agreement shall be effective and binding
upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators,
assigns and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity. I
have read and understand the contents of this statement.
