Are you a member of a green group, organisation or NGO that would benefit from having its message on sust-mar? Please consider having your group appoint a "liaison" or correspondent to sust-mar. This person can be delegated the job of transmitting messages from your group to the list (sust-mar). That person could also relay messages from sust-mar back to the group ... altho individual group members could of course subscribe on their own. Some groups, like the Sierra Club and CUSU, are very good at keeping sust-mar informed. However there are others, like the EAC, that are doing great work, but from whom we hear relatively little. Obviously we can't post a message every single day from every group, and many groups have their own email lists, but once a month or so would be a good target. Groups can use the opportunity to remind readers of their own mailing lists, how to become a member of their group, etc. Same goes for businesses and political parties. Of course, these messages must be environmentally related.
