Please pass this on to anyone who might be interested in applying to sit on this working group. In today's Halifax Chronicle Herald there is a large ad from the government of NS "Applications Invited Agencies Boards and Commissions" One position they are looking to fill is on the "Species at risk working group". This is further described in a footnote to the ad stating: "Applications are being sought from persons who are recognized scientific experts in status and population biology of plants, animals, other organisms and their habitats or in the conservation biology, ecology and geography of plants, animals and other organisms."
