Dear Sustainable Maritimes

I am part of a group of singing Atlantic Canadian women who, along with
a group
of women from the Great Lakes' bio region and another group of women
from the Atlantic New England , are preparing to record a CD this July.

The project is called "O Beautiful Gaia"
<http://www.gis.net/~surtsey/mcdade/gaia-index.html>

To raise funds to cover the production costs we are offering a special
pre-sale price of $25 (for a 2-cd set)

The finished product will include two CD's of inspiring choral music -
most of it written by Carolyn McDade, a longtime singer/activist from
Cape Cod who has been gathering groups of earth-loving women together in

Tatamagouche and PEI at least once a year for the past 8 or so years.
.
The theme for our CD is "caring for the earth." Our songs speak of
lament
for those places where creation has been harmed and our songs also carry

hope for what is possible wherever/whenever we live in right
relationship
with the earth.

Once our CD has been produced, each group will be involved
in a project that reflects care for the earth in their own part of
creation.

Thanks for whatever support you can offer to this project!
