For Immediate Release

suddenlyLISTEN Music announces it's first concert of 2004:
Local Colour 2 Friday, January 23rd at 8pm At the St. Mary's
University Art Gallery.

Cellist Norman Adams, saxophonist Dani Oore, pianist Sageev Oore and bassist Liam Tucker continue their free music collaborations with Local Colour 2. This concert will feature music coloured by the addition of various electronic devices, blended with acoustic sounds.

Artistic Director Norman Adams: "I hear the present reflected in the altering of old/acoustic sounds through electronics and signal processing. Local Colour 2 will be an expansion of this quartet's previous acoustic work. We will plunge in to a radically different sonic world. The results will be colours, sounds and music that will be a salve for the heart and ears. It's going to be great!"

Performance at the St. Mary's University Art Gallery
8pm Friday, January 23rd.
Tickets are $15 waged, $10 unwaged - available at the door
