* THE ATLANTIC ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGE *

Canadian Specialty Fluids and Technologies Inc. (CSF&T) is pleased to invite
you to participate in the consumer segment of THE ATLANTIC ENVIRONMENTAL
CHALLENGE, a program to promote fuel savings and emission reductions in
gasoline-powered private passenger vehicles and energy savings for industry
in Atlantic Canada.

CSF&T is a Nova Scotian company that has been tasked with the responsibility
of introducing to Canada two technologies that were developed in The United
Kingdom and are now being used across Europe, the Far East and Latin
America.

LOFRICTION was developed in 1999 as a result of a request from British
Industry for a product that would work with existing lubricants to reduce
power costs in compressors, generators, gearboxes, etc. and extend the life
of operating equipment. This industrial product is easy to use and will
enhance the lubrication in the engine of your car.

CETECH is a combustion enhancement technology developed in 2001 by the same
engineering group to improve operating efficiencies and reduce harmful
emissions in gasoline-powered engines. CETECH tablets are simply added to
the gas tank at fill-up.

CSF&T is looking for private vehicle owners to be part of this program that
also involves the industrial and university sectors in our region.
Participation will be limited to 300 vehicles in The Atlantic Provinces,
divided into three randomly selected groups of 100 vehicles each.
Participants will be asked to monitor and record their fuel usage over a
nine-week period and then share this information with an independent
researcher who will correlate the data.

Savings in gasoline costs and reductions in emissions will occur for
participants using one or both of these cost-effective, environmentally
responsible technologies. The cost of participation, which covers purchase
of product, will be $59, $35 or $25 (S/H and taxes included) depending on
the group you are selected to participate in. CSF&T will extend this special
pricing, which is 35% off planned retail pricing, to all those who take part
in the program for one year after the end of the program.

The ATLANTIC ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGE will be administered through a member's
only section on our site at www.CSFandT.com. There you will find detailed
information on the test program and products as well as links to other
interesting sites and current news on Global Warming that may be of interest
to you. Our site is dynamic and will always appear fresh as we collect news
and reports on an ongoing basis.

We invite you to take part and ask that those interested in participating
complete online registration soon to allow us adequate time to build the
database. Please see our website for complete details.
