NcNabs and Lawlor Island Provincial Park Draft Management Plan

McNabs and Lawlor Islands Provincial Park contains important natural and cultural heritage values that contribute significantly to the quality of life for residents of the Halifax - Dartmouth metropolitan area, as well as other Nova Scotians and out-of-province visitors.

To ensure the islands' intrinsic values are protected for the benefit of present and future generations, the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and the McNabs and Lawlor Islands Provincial Park Advisory Committee have prepared a draft management plan that defines a vision and philosophy that will guide future management decisions the park.
