Getting to McNabs Island
McNabs Island is accessible by commercial or private boat from Halifax,
Dartmouth, Eastern Passage and Purcells Cove. The trip takes about 25
minutes from downtown Halifax, or 10 minutes from Eastern Passage. Several
ferry and charter boat companies offer drop-off and pick-up service, as
well as group charters to McNabs Island. Rates and times vary.
