The Family Chronicle Magazine and the Internet Genealogy Magazine are offering new and renewing GANS members a discount on one-year magazine subscriptions (to a $25 rate for the print edition; $15 for the PDF version). Details will be provided to those interested: please email gansmem@gmail.com.
Also, we have entered into an agreement with the National Institute for Genealogical Studies; see below for details. Key points of the agreement:
- Become a new member or renew your membership in GANS before 20 January 2012 to receive a course offered by NIGS either free, or at a reduced rate (details below).
- Become a new member or renew your membership in GANS before 31 December 2011 to be entered in a draw for a package of 9 courses.
- Become a new member or renew your membership in GANS to be eligible for an ongoing benefit: 10% off Institute courses or package (this benefit may end at any time).
