Start42 is part of a new line of utilities that are going to rock and/or suck.

To install, just run Start42.exe from the directory into which to extracted
it.

For example, if you extracted it into your Windows directory, go into
My Computer >> C: >> Windows (or wherever your Windows directory is) and
run Start42.exe.

Run Start42.exe again when you want to uninstall it, and then delete
Start42.exe and RStart42.txt.

You may edit the random labels and tooltips in RStart42.txt, and add to them.
Each entry consists of two lines:

        the label [max 5 characters]
        the tooltip [max 19 characters]

Every time you reboot, you will get a different random label and tooltip.

Coming in the next release: Randomize the Start menu icon, too! (I think...)
