• walking along our rugged coastline, discovering sea treasures as you go.
• Tasting cranberries, blueberries and bake apples which grown in sheltered patches of soil among the rocks.
• Watching migratory birds and discovering a variety of plant and wildlife species.

• The community is the home of the first Arun (hi-tech) search and rescue vessel in North America. Her crew protect mariners 240 km (150 miles) offshore and 160 km (100 miles) east and west of Port Bickerton.
• The local fish plant processes for a global market (fresh/frozen fish available for purchase).
• Worship at local churches - Anglican, Baptist, Calvary Faith & Gospel Hall.
• Port Bickerton hosts a variety of services including post office, variety store, grocery store, two bed and breakfasts, dive supply shop, children's playground and ballfield, beauty salon, dog boarding kennel, and various contracting services.
