	Skips a selected range of lines in a file.
SL-TO-OP.TXT -- Script file for DEBUG to change the programme above into the
	six new programmes below with documentation at the end.  Use:
			DEBUG  <SL-TO-OP.TXT
	with DEBUG.COM in the current directory or reachable via your PATH
	variable and SKIPLINE.COM and SL-TO-OP.TXT in  your current directory.
	Use TYPE SL-TO-OP.TXT  or  MORE <SL-TO-OP.TXT  to view the script and
	documentation.
OUTLINES.COM -- Outputs a selected range of lines instead of skipping them;
                uses carriage-return as the delimiter.
OUTLINEU.COM -- Outputs a selected range of lines instead of skipping them;
                uses line-feed as the delimiter.
OUTPAGES.COM -- Outputs a selected range of pages;
                   uses form-feed as the delimiter.
SKIPPAGE.COM -- Skips a selected range of pages;
                   uses form-feed as the delimiter.
ODDPAGES.COM -- Outputs odd pages; uses form-feed as the delimiter.
EVENPAGE.COM -- Outputs even pages; uses form-feed as the delimiter.
SKIP_DOC.TXT -- Shorter form of usage description also at end of SL-TO-OP.TXT.
	Save paper if you want to print out usage only. Fits on one page.
TESTFILE     -- Short test file with 5 pages of 4 lines each to be used by
	SKIPDEMO.BAT to demonstrate the usage of the programmes above.
SKIPDEMO.BAT -- Demonstrates the use of the programmes above by displaying
	selected portions of TESTFILE with each of them.
