Rafting in Costa Rica
Even though I lack that extra water gene, I enjoy getting into trouble
with rafts, canoes and kayaks. At the moment I'm working, slowly, on
making a canoe paddle from an historic design. I've
gone looking for relevant sites on the web. Here's what've found so far.
In the spring of 1995 I was rafting in Costa Rica. Most of the
time I was based in Quepos, I also spent a week at Rios Tropicales' Guide
School. Rios
Tropicales is the biggest and by far the best rafting operation in
Central America. If you go rafting, these are the people you want to go
with.
