" The new Broadway "
I continue my tirade about how animated movie musicals are "the new
Broadway" i.e. the best new songs and musical scores around right now are
in animated movie musicals. I mean, songs from Broadway shows don't chart
on the Top Ten, people don't go around singing them all the time anymore,
but who hasn't hummed "Hakuna Matata" or "Under The Sea"?
