On sheet of wax paper, place flour. In small bowl, lightly beat egg whites; transfer to shallow bowl. Lightly pound chicken breasts to 1-1/2" thick. 2. Working with one piece at a time, coat chicken in flour. Then coat with egg, drain off excess. Coat chicken in bread-crumb mixture. 3. Heat nonstick skillet over med-heat, add 1 1/2t oil.
