OATMEAL COOKIES 2/3c light brown sugar 2/3c honey 6T corn-oil spread 1/4c egg substitute 2T vanilla extract 1c flour 1c w/w flour 1/2c wheat germ 1+1/2t baking soda 3/4t salt 2+1/2c quick cooking oats Preheat oven 375. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed beat brown sugar, honey, corn oil spread, egg substitute, and vanilla extract until smooth. With mixer at low speed, beat in all purpose flour, w/w flour, wheat germ, baking soda and salt until blended. Stir in oats. Spray 2 large cookie sheets. Spoon dough by 1/3c measures onto cookie sheets. About 3" apart. With floured hands roll dough into balls. Bake cookies 12-15 minutes until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
