CREAMY MUSHROOM CHICKEN

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1t oil
10oz mushrooms, sliced
1 med onion, sliced
1/4t salt
1/2c light sour cream
1/4c water

Saute chicken breasts & remove from pan.  In same pan heat oil and
add mushrooms, onion & salt cooking till golden & tender.  Reduce
heat to low and add sour cream and water, heat through.
