Winter Salsa 28oz canned tomatoes, chopped, undrained 14oz tomato sauce 3 celery stalks, diced 2 onions, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1T finely chopped pickled jalepeno peppers 1/3c sugar 1/4c cider vinegar 1/4c lime juice 1-1/2t dried coriander leaves 1-1/2t salt Method: In saucepan combine tomatoes, sauce, celery, onions, garlic & jalepeno peppers. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in sugar, vinegar, lime juice, coriander and salt. Reduce heat, boil gently uncovered stirring frequently for 45 minutes.
