Crispy Chicken Schnitzel

1 envelope Extra Crispy Original Recipe Shake n Bake coating mix
1/3c kraft light 100% P. Grated cheese
1/4c mayonnaise
2 T milk
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded

Combine coating mix and cheese together in glass pie plate.
Mix salad mayonnaise & milk together in small bowl.
Dip chicken in dressing mixture, then into coating mix.  Place on
lightly greased baking sheet.  Bake at 400xF for 12 min. or until
done.  Serve with small red potatoes.
