Crumbly Shrimp and Scallops 2T veg. oil, divided 1/2lb med. shrimp (15-22) peeled and deveined 1/2lb scallops, cut in halves if large 1 med onion chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4lb snow peas, cut in half diagonally 1/2c fresh bread crumbs 2T soy sauce 1t rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar 1t fresh or 1/4t dried thyme leaves salt and pepper to taste In large skillet heat 1T oil and saute shrimp 2-3 minutes until pink, remove to serving dish. Add scallops to same skillet; saute 2-3 minutes until opaque. Remove to serving dish with shrimp. Add remaining 1T oil to skillet, saute onion 2-3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and snow peas to the skillet, saute 1 minute. Add remaining ingred. and reserved scallops and shrimp to skillet. Cook over med-high heat 1-2 minutes until just heated through.
