While Noel hammered many areas of the Province, Sperry's Beach remained relatively unscathed:

(low tide the next morning, from up on the Green Bay Road- infilled wetlands were flooded, but drained out over the day)

By my ballpark estimate, roughly the front third of the grass along the 'crest' of the sandspit was washed away

The clumps of grass on the right were +- there for most of the summer
(from the base of the sandspit, looking across at Risser's Park)

The outermost tip of the sandspit was reformed, some grass loss

The rock-covered face of the main beach was for the most part in the lee, so relatively unaffected

Crescent Beach, however, did not fare so well:

On the Sperry's Beach Legal front, letters are going back and forth between our lawyer and Himmelman's lawyer-
no reportable 'progress' to date
