Just a little note to let you know the last minute information regarding the T-shirts.
Cousin Linda just informed me, that there is a $2.00 increase on each T-shirt due to the fact that they have a four-color transfer process, and instead of costing us $7.00 they will cost $9.00. 50 T-shirts have been ordered, so I hope this is not a big p roblem for you. The T-shirts will be heavy 100% cotton in an off-white color instead of plain white like underwear, and she says that we will all love the design. It is her surprise for all of us!
Also, I wanted to share with you this idea. Everyone will be taking pictures and posing for pictures the day of the banquet, so let's make it a real nice Farewell Banquet and let's all dress up. Nothing fancy, but real good looking. Gentlemen with a su it and tie or sports coat and tie and you beautiful ladies, a cocktail dress. Besides, what a better excuse to dress up!
Remember that even though it is summer, and St. Louis is hot and humid, we will be indoors, in an air-conditioned room, and having had the experience of participating in several conventions and weddings at hotels, they set the air-conditioning very low, a nd sometimes we even feel cold. So also have this in mind.
