My dear family:

Only one month to go!!

I have all your hotel confirmation numbers finally straighten up. They are as follows:

I hope Courtney and Susan did not forget to make their reservations. I do not have them on the list as of June 8. Still time to do it tomorrow, so please, Canadian Cousins, call them and tell them, and please let me know if they have their confirmation number.

There is something that has been bothering me, which I would like to let you know. I have received several cancellations and the plans I had made for the tour have kind of crumbled down. Instead of having more than 30 people that want to go to the city tour, I have only 25. I am working out something with the tour company, and maybe we can have somebody else staying at the hotel, join our group, so the price of the tour remains the same, that is $21.00 per adults $19.00 per children. This includes the $15.00 for bus and guide, and $6/4 fee to visit the Arch. Is this OK with you? Please let me know.

Also, on Saturday, for our visit to the cemetery, we have 30 people that want to go, this is including the family members that live in St. Louis and have said they would like to go. The tour company will provide us with a bus and guide for $13.00 per per son. This would be three hours from the time we leave the hotel to the time we get back, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. According to Judy, this cemetery is beautiful and we could spend hours in it, so again, what is your opinion? In the beginning, we had tho ught that we could all go in separate cars, rented, or from family in St. Louis, but I think that if we get the bus it would be better, and we would all be together enjoying each other and having a blast of a time. But again, you tell me what to do?

Please write as soon as you can with your thoughts. This is very important for me, because I really want this Reunion to be perfect, and one that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Do not forget your presents. Remember that it has to be according to gender. A craft made by you, a souvenir from your hometown, your favorite recipes, etc. I am sure you have more ideas than these. The exchange of gifts will take place during our Farewell Banquet, and I am sure it will be a touching time.

Well, it is all for now. Talk to you soon. All my love,

Zulema
