Dare to be your own best doctor!

You cannot abdicate the care for your health to the health experts. Most of them are more concerned with making money than with keeping you truly healthy. Not one of them can do for you what you must do to be(come) healthy and to remain healthy; to wit, eat a reasonably wholesome diet, do enough aerobic exercise, get enough rest. Only you can do these things for you. At best, doctors patch up health that has broken down; at worst, they make things worse. But you don't want to settle for mere patch-up work. You want real health -- the kind of vibrant good health the human body was disigned for -- and that's something only you yourself can build.
