The Help Desk can be accessed while in Lynx using the "g help" shortcut.
The goal of the Help Desk is to provide enough basic information for a novice computer user to learn to use the system, as well as more advanced information so that that same user could eventually learn to write documents in HTML and become an Information Provider on the system.
