1995 Annual General Meeting

TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the Metro Community Access Network Society will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 1996, at 7:00 p.m. at the Halifax Campus of the Nova Scotia Community College on Bell Road (use main entrance -- lot's of parking available).

At this Annual General Meeting a Resolution will be proposed as a Special Resolution that the name of the Metro Community Access Network Society be changed to the Chebucto Community Net Society and that the present By-Laws of the Society be repealed and the new By-Laws accompanying this Notice of Annual General Meeting be adopted.

The Agenda of this Meeting shall be:

  1. Report of Directors;
  2. Consideration of Financial Statements;
  3. Consideration of a Special Resolution proposing a change in the name of the Metro Community Access Net Society;
  4. Consideration of a Special Resolution proposing adoption of new By-Laws;
  5. Election of Directors for the ensuing year.
