Sometimes, a question is difficult to understand, and needs more time
to answer. We should still, however, acknowledge that we have received
the question and that the team is working on an answer.
Within 2 days, a reply similar to the following example should be sent
"Your message has been received by the volunteers at userhelp. Your
question(s) will be answered by people on the team as soon as we are able.
Thank you for your patience."
