Some discussion emerged as to how to "rejuvenate" the Workshops, and to get more people involved. It was suggested that we continue the discussion in the following week or two, and develop an action plan.

Security

We are interested in establishing a regular "SysOp Schedule" so that people will know that they need to keep on top of the system when it is their turn, and thus lighten the load for others. This is especially a summer concern.

Quota Fix

It was decided to run quotacheck weekly, perhaps Sunday night 4 A.M., to deal with problems we are experiencing with mail. The job needs to take care about sequencing which drives to process, and when. It was not resolved why these regular quota errors were occurring.

Terminal Server

Problems with using the terminal server were likely to do with routing from halifax back to the server via chebucto. Kassiem will add a route on halifax.
