The above graph shows the load average peaking after the reboot. The router seemed to be chewing up the cpu after the reboot. The two small spikes are where I actually killed zmailer twice to allow people to log in... it was hanging on /bin/mail -E and taking 2-3 minutes (real) to release.
This is the period immediately following the spike produced at 12:46 PM (11:15 re-boot)
